The Borderlands project is a unique Augmented Reality (AR) experience where visitors will learn about some of the diverse communities of Southern Arizona.

Led by student developers, this vital project democratizes access to previously inaccessible historical materials at four HBCU institutions.

Our archaeological documentation initiative combines hands-on youth education with cutting-edge digital preservation techniques. Through 3D scanning and 360° videography, we’re creating immersive digital experiences that make archaeological discoveries accessible to everyone while preserving these important sites for future generations.

Through volumetric technology, we’re not just preserving stories – we’re preserving presence. Future generations will be able to walk around and interact with these testimonies as if they were in the room with the survivors.

From the twin 8.4-meter mirrors of Mount Graham’s LBT to Kitt Peak’s diverse array of research instruments, we’re making these astronomical wonders accessible to everyone through immersive virtual experiences.
